Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon minced flat leaf parsley

1/4 teaspoon dried dill

3 cups chopped or shredded cooked chicken

1/2 cup finely chopped celery or finely chopped apple

1/3 cup dried cranberries

1/3 cup chopped toasted pecans

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream or Greek yogurt, lemon juice, parsley, and dill.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
